goonlinetv.com hosts a collection of links to more than 3000 free online TV channels worldwide. Just select a country and choose a channel to immerse yourself in your target language. Most of the channels require Windows Media Player (or a compatible player), some of them require RealPlayer.

The Book “Modern Spoken Cambodian” by Franklin E. Huffman, Chhom-Rak Thong Lambert, Charan Promchan is available at books.google.com to view it online for free (not all pages are available though). It is an excellent resource to learn khmer language.
