It is one of the most famous learning website for Indonesian, for good reasons. It teaches you both formal and informal Indonesian. The site is divided in sections. The “Quick Guide” section will give you the survival vocabulary you need when you start learning. Then the followings sections, grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary and glossary will allow you to learn Indonesian in depth.  There are also sections on cooking or travelling vocabulary. Exploring this site will take you hours. You will be able to learn for months with this site.</p>

It has a patchwork of local dialects but the national language, Bahasa Indonesia, unifies the country. Bahasa Indonesia is a variation of the Malay language, Bahasa Melayu, a language used as the lingua-franca for the last few centuries from the North of Malaysia to East-Timor. So speakers of Bahasa Indonesia can be understood by a lot of people! So today we found this little website to start learning Bahasa Indonesia. It is a no-thrill website, no fancy pictures or good looking design. However the website offers to built your vocabulary by playing little games. The vocabulary range is highly relevant. The vocabulary includes greetings, numbers, colour, fruits. Over time you are building an every day vocabulary in a fun way.<br />
